We are seeking clinicians who are self motivated, social justice minded, and ready to be part of a        dynamic and collaborative team! 

  1. Clinical Therapist:  Treats adolescents, adults, and couples.  

  2. Child & Family Therapist:  Treats elementary & adolescent aged children and their families.

We Offer:  Positions featuring multiple work models:  in-office, remote, or hybrid.  Full or part-time schedules with flexibility for therapists to make their own schedules while meeting the practice's minimum requirements.  Practice handles all billing, marketing, and referrals.  Paid sick time, payment for late cancellations and missed appointments.

Qualifications:

  • Required Massachusetts licensure as LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT; 

  • Confidence treating individuals as well as family systems;

  • Minimum two years experience;

  • Ability to pass a CORI;

  • Willingness to work a minimum of 10 hours/week to include at least one evening or weekend day per week.

Therapists will be responsible for conducting diagnostic intake assessments, developing treatment goals, providing ongoing outpatient psychotherapy, and completing documentation as required.

COVID-19 Considerations:  Masks are required to be worn in the office.  Air purifiers with a HEPA 13 filter are provided in each office space.
