We are seeking clinicians who are self motivated, social justice minded, and ready to be part of a        dynamic and collaborative team! 

The following positions are open to licensed clinicians as well as master's level counselors.  Click here to review the master's level qualifications:

  1. Clinical Therapist:  Treats adolescents, adults, and couples.  

  2. Child & Family Therapist:  Treats elementary & adolescent aged children and their families

 

Licensed Clinician Qualifications:

  • Required Massachusetts licensure as LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT; 

  • Confidence treating individuals as well as family systems;

  • Minimum two years experience;

  • Ability to pass a CORI;

  • Willingness to work a minimum of 10 hours/week to include at least one evening or weekend day per week.

Clinicians will be responsible for conducting diagnostic intake assessments, developing treatment goals, providing ongoing outpatient psychotherapy, and completing documentation as required.

Master's Level Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology (LMHC track); 

  • Confidence treating individuals as well as family systems;

  • Experience working with children preferred;

  • Ability to pass a CORI;

  • Willingness to work a minimum of 10 hours/week to include at least one evening or weekend day per week.

Counselors will be responsible for providing ongoing outpatient psychotherapy, collaboratively developing treatment plans, and complete documentation, as required.

We Offer:  All positions feature multiple work models:  in-office, remote, or hybrid.  Full or part-time schedules with flexibility for therapists to make their own schedules while meeting the practice's minimum requirements.  Practice handles all billing, marketing, and referrals so clinicians and counselors can focus on the best clinicial treatment.  Paid sick time, payment for late cancellations and missed appointments.

COVID-19 Considerations:  Masks are required to be worn in the office.  Air purifiers with a HEPA 13 filter are provided in each office space.
