They may feel overwhelmed by big emotions they don’t fully understand or know how to express.

It shows up in ways that are hard to ignore—and even harder to navigate.

It’s painful to watch your child:

  • Struggle to put their feelings into words and shut down or lash out instead

  • Get caught up in friendships that feel confusing, one-sided, or hurtful

  • Say “yes” when they mean “no,” just to avoid conflict or fit in

  • Constantly worry about what others think—online and in real life

  • Misread social situations or feel unsure how to respond

  • Become easily overwhelmed in their body—anxious, reactive, or withdrawn

  • Rely heavily on peer approval while losing confidence in themselves

In the Strong Minds Studio Workshop, girls will use:
  • Expressive Arts (painting, tie-dye, murals)
  • Mindfulness
  • Role-plays
  • Psychodrama & Group Activities
  • CBT Skills
